This utility helps an authorized account owner upload or update a designated file in a Google Drive location they choose.
Google Drive access
With the account owner's authorization, the utility checks the destination and transfers the designated file. Its Google Drive permission can grant access to other files available to that account. The utility uses the permission only for the designated destination and file.
